• Have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• Willing to work with a surrogacy agency and follow medical/legal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through medical, legal, and emotional steps with agency guidance.
• Attend medical procedures and consent processes as directed by clinicians and lawyers.
• Maintain open communication with your case manager and the surrogacy team.
