Conceptual Options is seeking compassionate gestational surrogates in the United States to help intended parents build their families. The role offers comprehensive support, medical, legal, and emotional backing, and generous compensation as part of a trusted agency.

Eligible candidates are US citizens or permanent residents, aged 21–39, with BMI under 30 and at least one prior pregnancy. The program provides ongoing monthly allowances and a signing/contract bonus to start the journey.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents by participating in gestational surrogacy journey with comprehensive support.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional guidance provided by the agency.
• Maintain communication with your case manager and attend scheduled check-ins and appointments.
