SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs is seeking experienced caregivers to deliver advanced in-home care with compassion and professionalism. You will work a flexible part-time schedule, providing ADL support, companionship, and meal assistance to clients in their own homes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of caregiving, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. Hospice experience is a plus; mileage reimbursement and overtime pay are offered, along with paid orientation and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Comfortable with complex or changing care needs.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care with ADLs.
• Hospice experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care.
• Communicate with clients, families, and the care team.
• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care.
