Job summary

Glacier Hills Senior Living Community in Fraser, MI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's plan. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and supports residents with daily living activities.

You will assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, ROM exercises, and documentation, while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification in state.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care/geriatric population preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned nursing tasks per policies and supervisors.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving and transporting residents.
• Perform restorative procedures and ROM exercises; record data.
• Follow safety precautions and use PPE.
