Job summary

CorsoCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents in our community. You will support daily living activities including bathing, dining, mobility, and personal care while adhering to 1440 care standards.

Responsibilities include timely attendance, documentation, and effective communication with Wellness Leaders and resident families. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture – our pillars and 1440.
• Completion of daily/weekly tasks as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator and assisting others.
• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents including bathing, dining, mobility, and personal care.
• Provide medication assistance and personal care/medication administration.
• Maintain safety procedures and accurate records; communicate changes to Wellness Leader and families.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; stay updated on department communications.
