Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Personal Care Assistant to support residents with bathing, dressing, and daily activities. You will follow facility policy, assist with rehabilitation tasks, and maintain accurate records throughout shifts.

The role requires a compassionate approach to geriatric care, the ability to work with nursing staff, and adherence to safety procedures. Background checks and a drug-free workplace are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a NA1 training program and pass state test within 4 months of completion.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs.
• Handle linen changes, vital signs, and record keeping.
• Support CNAs and help with transfers, mobility, and daily activities.
• Maintain clean patient areas and ensure supplies are used safely.
