Job summary

Foundation Partners Group seeks a Funeral Attendant to support viewings, services and memorials. You will assist the funeral director, move caskets, and drive accompanying vehicles to ensure respectful and smooth ceremonies.

The role requires an empathetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing best-in-class service. On-call availability and weekend/evening shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the funeral director with tasks during viewings, services, and visitations to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor for all guests entering the location.
• Assist in moving the casketed deceased and related items in and out of chapels or service venues.
• Drive the hearse, family limousine, or other vehicles in the funeral cortege and related activities.
