• Arranges and presides over funerals, directs services, and ensures compliance with contracts and family expectations.
• Coordinates event planning (music, flowers, catering, memorials) and supports team with setup and post-event tasks.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and acts as a resource for the staff and families.
