Responsibilities

• Initiates calls to next of kin, collects contact information, discusses needs, schedules Arrangement appointments.
• May perform removals or transfers per company standards; updates removal status in software.
• Promotes funeral, cemetery, and related services and merchandise to families.
• Presides as Master of Ceremonies for visitation, funeral, or graveside services and ensures compliance with contracts.
• Performs event planning tasks for music, flowers, catering, memoriam items; prepares spaces.
• Interacts with family to fulfill death care requests and identifies leads for pre-need services.
