Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school or college of mortuary science.
• Current Funeral Director license within the practicing state.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Operates with accountability and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Arrangements Conference: gather family needs, schedule appointments, and confirm details.
• Directing Services: preside as MC for visitation, funeral, or graveside services.
• Event Planning: organize music, flowers, catering, and memorial products.
• General: maintain regulatory compliance and teamwork.
