Job summary

Nurturing Physical Therapy Solutions in Riverview, Florida is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized rehabilitation plans, and contribute to both physical and emotional well-being.

Based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and stay current with advancing physical therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of three years' experience in physical therapy or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families, as well as collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, showcasing great problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical capabilities, strengths, and limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to assist patients in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving recovery goals.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care techniques, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, bringing new techniques to the patient experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including occupational therapists, physicians, and rehabilitation consultants, to ensure comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from USD $90,000 to $120,000 annually, for your expertise and dedication.
