Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and directs visitors and families to the requested/appropriate areas.
• Receives and distributes the mail to all departments daily.
• Receives and delivers any packages (flowers etc.) within the facility.
• Ensures outgoing mail is sent daily and postage is available at all times.
• Performs typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed.
• Assists visitors, families and employees as needed.
• Monitors the front lobby.
• All other duties are assigned.
