Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate Front Desk Associate for our Seattle clinic to warmly welcome clients and support daily operations. You will greet clients, check in, verify insurance, answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle payments while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in healthcare administration, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a healthcare administrative role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of mental health conditions and treatments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Check in clients for appointments, verify insurance, collect documentation.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries with discretion.
• Manage cancellations and reschedules while maintaining provider schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Greets patients as they arrive and leave the office.
• Process credit card payments and credits.
• Know each physician's services, requirements, and approaches.
