Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Operate equipment and perform duties safely.
• Follow shift procedures without compromising quality.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete cleaning duties, trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist patients with menu selections and dietary needs.
• Update diet changes in patient system and generate reports.
• Stock nourishment rooms and kitchen areas.
• Perform cafeteria duties including serving, stocking, and cash handling.
