Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) for physicians, or current licensure and certification as an NP or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or related primary care.
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
• Experience working in outpatient primary care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management.
• Conduct patient assessments, perform physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings to enhance patient care delivery.
