The ideal candidate has an MD/DO, board certification in Family Medicine, unrestricted state license, and DEA/BLS/ACLS credentials. Evening/weekend hours and travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Current unrestricted State Medical License.
• DEA certificate.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Advanced English; Spanish and Creole preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Provide preventive care and routine checkups.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and screenings.
• Manage chronic diseases and coordinate with specialists.
