Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the facility in compliance with the Department of Health Standards under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager.

You will work closely with facility Administrators and staff to sustain a safe, home-like atmosphere across Texas while supporting nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing home experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas.
• Sweep and mop floors. Dust furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and windowsills
• Empty trash and waste in the disposal area.
• Replenish supplies in resident suites, on housekeeping carts, and throughout the facility as required.
