Job summary

Christian Living Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for evening, part-time shifts at Clermont Park in Denver. You will deliver resident care, oversee medication administration, and participate in care planning with state regulations in mind.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• 1 year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Must have computer word processing and database experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and direct resident care in line with our standards and state and federal regulations
• Prepare, administer, document, and order medications per physician orders
• Keep Resident Care Plans accurate and take part in care conferences
• Recognize changes in condition, use sound judgment, and report concerns
• Guide and support CNAs and other team members during your shift
