You will assist with downsizing, relocation, estate clear-outs, online auctions, and home preparation services, working directly with clients and teammates with compassion and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, organizing, packing, and resettling household belongings.
• Prepare items for online auction, donation, shipping, or disposal.
• Photograph and catalog items using mobile technology.
• Stage and organize homes for estate sales, auctions, or move preparation.
• Support auction pickup events and estate sale operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and community partners.
• Maintain respectful, compassionate, and professional communication with clients and coworkers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow company procedures for handling client property with care and confidentiality.
• Adapt to changing project needs, timelines, and work environments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
