Job summary

LIFE Senior Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Transportation Driver to provide safe, reliable travel for elderly clients from their homes to LIFE centers and appointments. You will load/unload clients, assist with mobility, and maintain clean, safe vehicles per policy. Maintenance coordination and continuing education are expected.

Required: valid driver’s license, CPR/first aid certification, and strong communication. Prior experience with frail or elderly populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR and basic first aid certification required.
• 1 year minimum experience with frail/elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive LIFE program vehicles safely and adhere to policies.
• Assist clients on and off vehicles and at homes.
• Transport clients to appointments as scheduled.
• Ensure wheelchair safety and vehicle cleanliness.
• Coordinate scheduling with dispatcher and maintain records.
