TEEMA Group is seeking a Caregiver in California to provide essential personal care and support to patients under supervision. You will follow individualized care plans including grooming, bathing, meal prep, and light housekeeping while reporting changes to the interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes safe practices, strong communication with patients and families, and collaboration with the care team. A valid CA driver’s license and BLS certification are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of experience with elderly or frail population.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in homes and centers.
• Positive can-do attitude, compassion, and conscientiousness.
• Computer system literacy
• Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or other language preferred
• Home Health Aide in California highly preferred
• Valid CA Driver's license

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and escort assistance per care plans (grooming, dressing, peri-care, showers, bathing, toileting, housekeeping, meal prep/feeding, laundry).
• Report changes in patients' conditions to the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate safe practices using body mechanics, universal precautions, and environmental safety.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and team members; encourage participation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
