The Cottages is a small, home-like community focused on improving lives through quality care for seniors. We are seeking compassionate caregivers who want to grow with our company and make a meaningful daily impact.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide industry-leading training. We offer full-time and part-time NOC schedules, health and vision insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene and Grooming Assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Med Assistance / Med Tech to support medication routines.
• Monitoring/Safety Supervision to ensure resident well-being.
• Meal Preparation to provide nutritious, resident-appropriate meals.
• Light Housekeeping to maintain a clean living environment.
• Ambulation/Mobility Assistance to aid safe movement.
• Laundry and clothing care for residents.
• Joyful Companionship to promote social engagement.
