Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like community seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities and quality-of-life needs. Training is provided, and there is opportunity to grow within the company.

Evening and day shifts are available, with a team-focused environment emphasizing safety and dignity. Ideal candidates have a great attitude, reliability, and a sincere desire to help others.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care preferred but not required.
• Industry-leading training provided for all applicants.
• Criminal history check required (post-offer).
• Drug test after offer.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Be 17 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene and grooming assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Med administration / Med Tech duties.
• Monitoring and safety supervision.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Ambulation and mobility assistance.
• Laundry tasks.
• Provide joyful companionship.
