The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities while upholding dignity and safety in a supportive community. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine desire to help the elderly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff.
