Job summary

Avenues Home Care in Chattanooga is seeking a dedicated Full Time Caregiver to assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support medication reminders as outlined in each care plan.

You will work with a local team to maintain safety, report changes promptly, and follow HIPAA guidelines while delivering compassionate care across the surrounding communities including Jasper, Cleveland, and Ooltewah.

Qualifications

• CNA license or equivalent caregiver experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with ClearCare or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Provide transportation, meal prep, and companionship as needed.
