Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Memphis, TN. The role includes both full-time and part-time shifts with every-other-weekend scheduling and a starting wage of $15 per hour.

This position offers full benefits and PTO for full-time staff, plus an on-demand wage option and incentive for CNA licensure. You will support elderly residents with daily care, dining assistance, mobility, and medication reminders while engaging in enrichment activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for residents including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist residents with dining and mobility (wheelchair and walking escorts).
• Offer meal, activity, and medication reminder support and respond to call signals.
• Participate in Life Enrichment activities for resident engagement.
