Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking compassionate caregivers to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes in the Tennessee area including Sevierville and Knoxville. You will provide ADL support, medication assistance, meal prep, and companionship with a focus on safety and dignity.

The role requires reliable transportation, good communication, and adherence to agency policies. Shifts vary from 8- to 12-hour options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN; benefits include health

Qualifications

• Requires good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• Familiar with homecare management systems, specifically ClearCare.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as per plan of care.
• Assist with medication administration, housekeeping, meals, transportation, and companionship.
• Report daily activity and changes to supervisor; maintain logs and records.
• Follow agency policies and maintain client confidentiality.
