Harvest Home Senior Living Services in Howards Grove, WI is seeking a compassionate 12-hour shift caregiver to assist residents with daily living, medication support, meals, and activities, guided by ISP and state regulations. The role emphasizes safety and respectful care.

You will work as part of a team, maintaining cleanliness and participating in group activities, while monitoring resident changes and reporting them per procedures.

• Respond to calls from residents in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Prepare and serve meals according to menu plan and involve residents when possible.
• Promote resident participation in group and individual activities per ISPs.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment with housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with social/recreational activities and encourage participation.
• Monitor changes in resident needs/health and report/document per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies per training.
• Report any abuse or suspected abuse to authorities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
