Meridian Senior Living is seeking a dedicated MMIT Care Partner to provide direct care for residents in our Ventura community. You will assist with daily activities, contributing to a safe, supportive environment aligned with our service plans and policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and strong communication with residents, families and staff, ensuring quality care and a positive living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English (essential for daily communication).
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Must meet health requirements and pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct care assisting residents in daily activities per service plan and Meridian policy.
• Maintain a safe, supportive physical, social and psychological environment for residents.
