Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, ambulation).
• Assist with dining services: plating, serving, feeding support.
• Participate in housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Report changes to nurse and document resident status per policy.
• Follow infection control practices and safety standards.
• Provide emergency response within scope of practice.
• Routinely round, respond to pendant/call lights, and ensure hospitality.
