The Vered of Encino is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate personal care to residents in a full-time role in Los Angeles, CA. You will assist with daily living activities, dining services, and participate in life enrichment programs while maintaining high standards of safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to nurses, documenting resident status, and following infection control practices. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Flexible schedule and weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, ambulation).
• Assist with dining services: plating, serving, feeding support.
• Participate in housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Report changes to nurse and document resident status per policy.
• Follow infection control practices and safety standards.
• Provide emergency response within scope of practice.
• Routinely round, respond to pendant/call lights, and ensure hospitality.
