Job summary

You will support planning and delivering activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our Residents. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in recreational therapy, caregiving, or related field, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and leading recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Encourage resident participation and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Help set up and clean up activity areas and materials.
• Monitor residents during activities to ensure safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the activity coordinator and other staff to develop new programs.
• Document resident participation and report any concerns or changes in behavior.
• Provide companionship and support to residents during activities.
