Job summary

Continuity of Care Providers LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide essential, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living needs, promoting independence, and ensuring health and safety. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Full-time positions with a competitive hourly pay based on experience and opportunities for advancement are available. Weekend care in rotating shifts will be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, Rapback, and exclusion screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor individuals for changes in health and report concerns promptly.
• Support individuals in participating in community activities and appointments.
