Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals in Sunbury, PA, to provide direct care and support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, strong observational skills, and the ability to implement person-centered care strategies.

The position offers flexible per diem scheduling, supportive team environment, and benefits including medical and dental insurance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and current BLS or CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
• Current BLS or CPR Certification required.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor behaviors and identify triggers.
