Job summary

CSA Homecare in Jackson, GA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD and autism in daily living activities. This part-time role is 30 hours per week with a Monday–Friday mid-day schedule and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with IDD and/or autism is required.
• A nurturing, patient, and reliable personality.
• Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday mid-day schedule.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients with IDD and autism in their daily living activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Assist with personal care, behavior support, and skill development.
