Traditional Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one non-medical support in Athens, PA and Bradford County. We offer flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, weekday and weekend options, with training and weekly pay.

EVV/device use is part of the role, and a friendly team environment is emphasized. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and prior DSP experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Companionship.
• Appropriate communication/social skills.
• Light housekeeping and chores.
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills.
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes.
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.).
