Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Carthage, NC. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Starting pay is $15.40–$16.50 per hour with paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours per week. Abound Health offers growth opportunities and a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to pass background checks and healthcare registry checks.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavioral support.
• Assist with community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and complete ongoing training.
• Build positive relationships and support clients toward independence.
