Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay is $15.40 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals with IDD to build independence and confidence.
• Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks).
• Support community participation, employment and social activities.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
