Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Missouri to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living and community activities. You will help individuals achieve personal goals in a safe, supportive home environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, meals, transportation, documentation, and advocacy. Training is provided, and we offer competitive pay, benefits, and professional development through the LEAP

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care
• Support community engagement and recreational activities
• Prepare meals and maintain a clean, organized home environment
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities
