Community Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals for Hillsboro, OR, on a Thursday–Saturday swing shift (12:00pm–10:00pm), 30 hours per week. This full-time role includes great benefits and the chance to empower individuals with disabilities to live more independently and meaningfully.

You will provide hands-on support, documentation, and coordination with families and professionals, fostering dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required—training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred for day and swing shifts.
• Background check required and pre-employment screenings.

• Support participation in community activities and life skills development.
• Document services accurately and communicate with families and team members.
