Job summary

Active Day is seeking Drivers for our Adult Day Center to provide safe, door-to-door transportation and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will operate mobility buses, assist with on- and off-boarding, and ensure timely transport to centers and appointments.

The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and teamwork in a friendly, supportive environment. Training is provided, and we value a positive attitude and dependable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Prior driver experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist members with on- and off-boarding and transportation.
• Maintain route, mileage, fuel, and service records for vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and coworkers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and transportation efficiency.
