Bonaventure of Keizer in Keizer, OR is seeking a Driver to support resident transportation with safety and compassion. This role requires a valid driver’s license, 5 years of clean driving history, CPR/First-Aid certification, and a patient, respectful demeanor toward seniors.

Join a caring team dedicated to helping residents get to appointments and activities. Responsibilities include assisting residents, maintaining schedules and records, and keeping vehicles clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Willingness to go beyond the basic job description to ensure residents reach destinations safely and on time.
• Ability to assist residents in and out of the bus with care and professionalism.
• Must be able to drive in various weather and traffic conditions and be the primary transportation option for residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in and out of the bus at all times.
• Interact with residents in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Adhere to time schedule.
• Perform daily visual inspections of vehicles and operating equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records for all equipment.
• Keep van maintained and clean at all times.
• Notify maintenance supervisor of needed repairs.
• Maintain open communication with the Activity Coordinator.
