• Carry out duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness in all areas.
• Understand cleaning requirements of communal and individual locations and the equipment and materials needed.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents’ families and visitors.
• Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies, seeking guidance when necessary.
• Caring and proactive attitude to provide the best possible service to residents.
