Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, personal care, and transportation as needed.

Starting wage $15.00–$15.50 per hour with open shifts 5PM-1AM, 1AM-5PM Monday to Friday, and 9AM-9PM Fri-Sun. Sign-on bonus $500. Benefits include Major Medical, Life Insurance, and Aflac.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license; reliable transportation; active auto insurance; current vehicle registration.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
• Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
