Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. DSPs work one-to-one with individuals in their homes and communities, helping them build independence, confidence, relationships, and a fulfilling daily life.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and dependable; comfortable one-to-one with an adult with disabilities.
• Strong communication and ability to follow individualized instructions.
• Ability to complete required documentation and use scheduling systems.
• Background checks and onboarding requirements must be completed; state/agency trainings where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful one-to-one support at home and in the community.
• Help individuals participate in meaningful activities and social opportunities.
• Teach and reinforce daily living, communication, social, safety and independence skills.
• Encourage choice, self-advocacy and community inclusion.
