Job summary

LittleStar ABA Therapy in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide care and assistance to individuals. You will be responsible for executing individualized support plans and maintaining a safe environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, be at least 18 years old, and possess CPR certification. The position offers a collaborative work atmosphere and focuses on client integration in various settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide documentation of a negative TB screening.
• Must possess CPR and First aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Executes PCISP goals as outlined.
• Assist in designing monthly day program activity schedule.
• Supervise a maximum of 16 clients.
