Position offers a sign-on bonus, paid training, and benefits. Schedule includes weekend shifts; pay rate is $17.50–$19.00 per hour with full-time and part-time options, and generous time-off opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to empower independence.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, etc., to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments, banking, community activities and outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
