Qualifications

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Document daily progress notes and shift information.
• Assist with meals and grocery planning as assigned.
• Transport members to outings and appointments (if driver).
• Administer medications as trained and authorized.
• Support with admissions, discharges, and behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Bathing and showering for members as needed.
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting.
• Provide personal care to assigned members regardless of gender.
• Document progress and maintain shift information.
• Plan and prepare meals; handle groceries.
• Transport to outings/appointments if capable.
• Build supportive relationships with members.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and assist with tasks.
