Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and care to residents daily.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and rights‑oriented environment.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and housekeeping tasks.
• Transport residents to appointments and advocate on their behalf.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor dosages.
• Remain available in homes requiring 24/7 care.
• Supervise daily activities and support life skills.
