Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Paid onboarding and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily living support (ADLs) to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Monitor health and safety, maintain a supportive environment.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Communicate with Abound team members and case managers as needed.
