Job summary

Delta-T Group is urgently seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes in the Ross Township and Emsworth areas near Pittsburgh. You will support daily living activities, assist with personal care, and help improve quality of life for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and life skills coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Able to work with Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (Physical/TB screening, PA State Criminal Background).
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record & Reliable Transportation - a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.
